Uncle Billy has been through so much in recent years and it's through the grace of our God that his pain is no more. Although he is already greatly missed by all, we can be thankful for the time we had with this wonderful man. I love him, Aunt Jeanette, Mary,Billy Ray and the rest of the family and wish the best for all.......Julie Anne
