~Poem of Life~

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the lord

Uncle Donnie will be missed but never be forgotten especially all the laughs he has given us over the years. He was always the person that would ask the question everyone else wanted the answer to but was unwilling to ask. The side conversations that he would have with the kids that they would later tell Grandma Berta or Rorshell. The times he would come all the way from South Carolina for conch and then drive right back like it was around the corner. He fought a courageous fight and made it long past the years that man ever thought he would have on this side. God did what was thought to be impossible and allowed him 49 years with us and children to keep his memory blazing on. He is with his mother now and they are at peace waiting for each of us to join them one day. We love you....Lakisha, Mani, Mon II, and Bryant

I would like to send my condolences to the entire Sellers Family. Donnie was always giving himself to others. He lived life to the FULLEST . He was an inspiration for others , never give up on your DREAM .We will miss you, but God needs you more. Vanassa & children
