Mr. Alexis B. Williams, 30, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Memorial Health U.M.C. He leaves to cherish his memories: parents, Carl and Phyllis Williams; special friend, Natasha Ellison; two sons, Romel Davis and Alex Ellison; stepson, Melvin Smalls, Jr.; daughter, Alexis Williams; brothers, Christopher Williams, Carl Williams, Jr., and Carl Nathaniel Williams, Jr. (NaNa) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; one sister, Cavadis Williams; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Williams will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 11:00 AM from St. John Baptist Church, 522-28 Hartridge Street, Rev. Dr. George P. Lee, III officiating. Interment, Oak Grove Cemetery. Reposing at the church from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.
