Cathy C. Amos, 53, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Heritage Health Care surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, Tonya Amos-Cook (George Cook, Jr.); four brothers, Paul Amos, Cecil Amos(Mary), George Goodwine, and Anthony Amos; three sisters, Mary Shellman, Annette Amos, and Carol Amos; three grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Cathy C. Amos will be held 1:00 PM Friday, October 21, 2011 at Friendship Baptist Church, 2151 Weldon Street. Rev. Joseph Fields officiating. Interment, Fox Field Cemetery. Reposing at the church, Friday 10:30 AM until hour of service.
