Samuel J. Weston Jr., 53, passed away Friday, May 25, 2007 at Candler Hospital. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by: father, Samuel J. Weston, Sr.; mother, Charlie Mae Weston; three sons, Gregory A. Weston, Kevin D. Weston, and Keon S. Gregg; two brothers, Bryon D. Weston, and Kenneth Weston; three sisters, Sandra M. Weston, Valerie King, and Natalie Heyward; three grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Samuel Weston will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, June 2, 2007 at First African Baptist Church of East Savannah, 402 Treat Avenue. Interment: Oakgrove Cemetery. Reposing at the Church from 9 a.m., until hour of service.
