Coach Jaudon B. Landy, Jr., 65, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
He was a native of Savannah and was a 1965 graduate of A.E. Beach High School. Mr. Landy was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He retired from the city of Savannah's Leisure Services Department.
He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Gaynelle Landy; six sons, Lavon B. Landy (LavanJay), Darrell Landy, Sheldon Landy (Tonya), Freddie Landy, Daniel Landy, and Trayvon Landy; two daughters, Shronnita Joyner and Norkellar Terrell; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Elaine Reynolds Landy; mother-in-law, Nora Ann Malcom; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00 AM from Second Arnold Baptist Church, 1427 East 37th Street. Interment, Woodville Cemetery.
