Mrs. Mary Pierce, 80, passed away at home on Monday, July 19, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.
She was a native of Ridgeland, SC, but later moved to Savannah, GA.
She leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Rosalee Robinson (Robert) and Alicia Pierce Cohen; two sons, Robert F. Pierce and Ronald Pierce; nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; brother, Louis Young, Jr. (M.J.); aunt, Gertrude Mitchell; sister-in-law, Martha Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service for Mrs. Mary Pierce will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at First Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 1604 Burroughs Street. Reposing at the church Tuesday at 9 a.m., until hour of service. Entombment: Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
